THE COMPANY

we are an independent family owned business which means traditional values such as customer satisfaction and quality remain high on our list of priorities. Established by 20 years ago, the company is now a Exeter wide success and managed by a new generation of the family.

We know you will be carrying out quite a bit of research on which company you want to work with – and so you should. It’s important to get the right team when it comes to having major building work carried out on your property. As well as our enviable track record, most of the tradesmen and women who work with us have done so for fifteen years or more, in fact they are almost part of the family! We are also members of the Federation of Master Builders, The Fair Trades Association and Trustmark and all our work is guaranteed for 10 years.
We work close together with the Exeter local planning authority. in a time where the permitted development rights for dwellings were much revised.

In our many years of experience we have built dozens of loft conversions in properties large and small, old and in and around Exeter. We have considerable experience of working with local authorities where planning permission is needed and we have also worked with several bodies when working on homes in conservation areas.

03.

FINISH
