Will I need Planning Permission?
Loft conversions usually fall under the permitted development category so planning permission will not normally be required. However, there are some exceptions where planning permission will need to be sought, for example, if you live in a listed building or a conservation area, or your conversion is over a certain size. You do not need to worry about this as we will guide you through the whole process.
